Apartment Mintenance Tech

🔧 Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.)
- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently and professionally
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-readies)
- Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and property standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
- 2+ years of residential/apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
- Competitive hourly wage
