Experienced OnSite Property Manager - Multifamily

Seeking a driven and professional On-Site Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a vibrant multifamily community. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and is passionate about creating exceptional living experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations and leasing efforts with professionalism and attention to detail—ensuring alignment with company standards, budgets, and strategic goals.

  • Use your marketing savvy to promote the property through social media and on-site engagement, while providing top-tier service to both prospective and current residents.

  • Manage critical communications, including rent charges, legal notices, and reconciliation statements.

  • Coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and accurate processing in Yardi Voyager.

  • Stay ahead of the market by conducting regular surveys and advising leadership on trends in rent, amenities, and resident preferences.

  • Generate timely weekly, monthly, and annual reports for internal leadership.

  • Perform routine unit inspections and ensure the overall safety, cleanliness, and security of the community.

  • Pitch in with additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing high-end rental properties with premium amenities

  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, PayScan, RentCafé, and CRM

  • A proven track record of high lease closing ratios

  • CAM reconciliation experience and comfort working with third-party RUBS providers

  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and commitment to maintaining compliance

  • Warm, friendly, and outgoing—while always maintaining professionalism

  • Skilled in building excellent resident relations and delivering top-tier customer service

  • Creative and organized with a talent for planning community events

  • Social media savvy, with the ability to elevate the property's online presence

  • Discretion and integrity when handling tenant or applicant information
