Apartment Groundskeeper – Essex, MD
Pay: Up to $17/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team in Essex, MD. This is a full-time opportunity maintaining the exterior and common areas of an apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, sidewalks, and common areas

• Remove trash and debris regularly

• Assist with light maintenance and seasonal tasks as needed

• Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications:

• Groundskeeping or general maintenance experience preferred

• Dependable with good attention to detail

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
