Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician – Dayton, OH
Pay: Up to $21/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Dayton, OH. Prior apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and unit turnovers promptly and professionally

• Perform general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliance repair

• Maintain property grounds and common areas

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently or as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable and able to work full-time hours
