Leasing Consultant for Apartments

AMAZING Leasing Consultant Needed

Leasing Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all company personnel directives.
  • Rent apartments and conduct all necessary follow-up.
  • Prepare and process all leases and related forms correctly and in a timely manner
  • Assist Managers when needed.
  • Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs.
  • Work with resident and resident organizations.
  • Abide by all rules and regulations of Employer.
  • All other duties not listed herein as directed by the Resident Manager(s).
Leasing Requirements:
 
  • Must have 6 months prior leasing experience with fair housing
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job
  • Good oral and written skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented
