• Respond promptly to internet leads and conduct property tours.
• Handle all walk-ins, telephone inquiries, and online leads professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clerical duties such as filing and recordkeeping.
• Identify residents' needs and work towards resolving them.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Prior experience in residential property management as a leasing consultant.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and professional presentation.
• Availability to work weekends.
