Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? Do you enjoy helping others find their perfect home? If so, we’d love to have you on our team as a Leasing Consultant!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features
• Manage the leasing process from start to finish
• Utilize leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio) to track leads and applications
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Assist with resident relations and community events

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 6 months in multifamily property management
Communication: Strong verbal & written communication skills
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using leasing software
Fair Housing: Training completed within the last year
Availability: Must be available to work weekends
Reliable Transportation is required
Bilingual: Not required, but a plus!
