Seeking a bilingual leasing professional for an Apartment Community in Glendale. Must be able to speak both English and Spanish proficiently. LEASING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting, and processing applications, phones, call backs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors, and colleagues.
• Complete tenants move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
• Receive and process necessary paperwork such as, rental payments, move in/move out paperwork, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

LEASING REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months previous property management experience as a leasing consultant
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Knowledgeable in Leasing Software (Yardi, Appfolio, CRM ect)
• Fair Housing certified
• Flexible to work weekends and a full-time schedule
