We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager with Tax Credit experience to become a part of our team! As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our residents and the smooth operation of our community. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service and sales skills, knowledge of property management software, and understanding of relevant fair housing laws to create a positive living experience for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train property staff
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as a Property Manager (required)
• Tax Credit/LITC/HUD experience (required)
• Recent fair housing training (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS
