Property Management Regional Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and lead teams to success! This role requires a strong background in Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, and affordable housing compliance, along with an active real estate license. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of multiple properties.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and affordable housing regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Train, mentor, and support on-site property management teams.
  • Conduct property visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, investors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Manage 5-7 properties

Requirements:

  • Active real estate license (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Manager in property management (required).
  • LIHTC, Tax Credit, and HUD experience (required).
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel between properties as needed
