We are looking for a dedicated Apartment Groundskeeper to help keep our community clean, safe, and beautiful! If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining a well-kept environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the community, including common areas, parking lots, and green spaces.
• Remove trash and debris from the property daily.
• Perform light landscaping duties, such as mowing, trimming, and watering plants.
• Assist the maintenance team with minor upkeep tasks as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:

• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Reliable transportation
