We are looking for a reliable, responsible and ready-to-go apartment porter/groundskeeper to add to our expanding team!

Job Responsibilities of a porter/groundskeeper:

• Maintain curb appeal by completing tasks, such as painting, trash pickup and power washing
• Basic pool cleaning, alignment and cleaning of pool furniture/pool area
• Basic janitorial duties- inside and outside
• Replace light bulbs along pathways and parking areas
• Cleaning and removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs)
• Assisting with other needs the property requests
• MUST be comfortable working outside

Shifts are Monday through Friday (exact hours may vary). We provide a daily public transportation stipend of up to $5/day. Reliable attendance required.
