Location: Phoenix 85051
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and certifications)
 

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with irrigation experience to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining the community’s irrigation system and handling general apartment maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, valves, and timers.
• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care.
• Perform make ready's/turns for new residents to move into 
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Irrigation experience is required.
• At least 6 months of general maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation
• Own set of basic hand tools
