Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Now Hiring Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants VALLEY WIDE!

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities Include:
  • Prepare lease paperwork
  • Tour the community, show vacant and model units, take rental applications and deposits, process applications
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Be able to multi-task in a busy office setting
Leasing Consultant Qualifications Include:
  • At least 6 months’ experience working as an apartment Leasing Consultant
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Fair housing Training completed within 2 years
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications (Yardi,CRM,Appfolio)
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
