Experienced Lead Maintenance Technician needed for an Apartment Community in Chandler. Must possess a certification in HVAC.

JOB SUMMARY: Maintains efficient operation and up-keep of the property buildings, units, and grounds in a team environment. Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties would be performed with the upmost safety and some may require supervision.

• Responsible for the daily repairs and upkeeps of the property.
• Maintain the grounds and assist groundskeepers on daily basis.
• Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
• Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical, painting, HVAC, and appliance care/installation.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of residential maintenance work experience
• Knowledgeable of Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Carpentry, HVAC and Appliance Repair
• HVAC Certification
• Own set of basic hand tools
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable Transportation - valid driver's license and insurance required
• Availability Monday-Friday - on-call duties expected upon hire
