JOB SUMMARY: Maintains efficient operation and up-keep of the property buildings, units and grounds in a supportive role.
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Are listed below; however additional duties may be involved. These duties would be performed with the upmost safety and some may require supervision.
Responsible for the daily repairs and upkeeps of the property.
Maintain the grounds and assist groundskeepers on daily basis.
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance care and installation.
REQUIRMENTS:
1+ years of Property Management Maintenance experience
Knowledgeable of Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting and Appliance care
Own set of basic hand tools
Reliable Transportation
Availability Monday-Friday
