What You Bring

  • Bilingual Expertise: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Leasing or Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months in a Leasing Specialist role.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with leasing platforms like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of Fair Housing laws and practices with recent training.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of the community.
  • Dependable Transportation: Reliable commuting to the property on time.
