  • Leverage Technology: Manage applications and resident records using industry-standard leasing software (e.g., Yardi, CRM, AppFolio).
  • Stay Compliant: Uphold Fair Housing regulations to ensure ethical and equitable practices.
  • Achieve Goals Together: Collaborate with team members to meet leasing targets and maintain high occupancy levels.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a property management in leasing role (required).
  • Bilingual Skills: Not required, but highly valued!
  • Availability: Open to working weekends to accommodate resident needs.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfort with leasing software like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
  • Fair Housing Certification: Completed within the last year (required).
  • Reliable Transportation: A must for commuting to work on time.
