Responsibilities:

As a Porter/Groundskeeper, your daily tasks will include:

• Trash pickup and removal to ensure a clean community.
• Touch-up painting to maintain a polished appearance.
• Pool cleaning for a safe and enjoyable amenity.
• Power washing to refresh building exteriors and walkways.
• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, leasing office, parking lots, and other community spaces.
• Consistently maintaining excellent curb appeal.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A strong ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation.
• No prior experience needed

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check.
