What You’ll Do
- Assist prospective residents in finding their perfect home.
- Provide exceptional customer service through tours, phone calls, and emails.
- Utilize leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio) to manage applications and resident information.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in property management.
- Bilingual: Not required but a plus!
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Skills: Computer savvy with experience using leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio).
- Fair Housing Training: Completed within the last year.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required
Salary
- $18.50-$19.50 depending on qualifications and certifications
