Bilingual Leasing Consultant - Spanish & English

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in North Phoenix. Qualified candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least 1 year of recent onsite apartment leasing experience, a knack for sales and customer service, and strive to help prospective residents find their next home - all while contributing to the success of our apartment community!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with prospective residents, showcasing available apartments and highlighting community features.
  • Assist with leasing applications, renewals, and move-ins.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations while providing excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet occupancy goals.
  • Walk the grounds and model units, ensuring that they are ready for touring.
  • Conduct market surveys with neighboring properties.
  • Follow up on all internet leads, phone calls, previous tours, etc.

Qualifiers:

  • Dependability – consistent attendance.
  • Weekend availability for rotating Saturdays and Sunday coverage.
  • Knowledge of apartment leasing software (i.e. Yardi, CRM, Appfolio)
  • Minimum 1 year of onsite work experience in residential apartment leasing.
  • Certified Fair Housing.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
