Bilingual Leasing Consultant – Apartment Community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with prospective residents to understand their needs and showcase available units.
  • Conduct property tours and effectively highlight community amenities.
  • Assist with leasing applications, renewals, and move-in processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an apartment leasing consultant.
  • Recent Fair Housing training within the past year (required).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in property management software (preferred but not required).
