LEASING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting, and processing applications, phones, call backs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors, and colleagues.
• Complete tenants move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
• Receive and process necessary paperwork such as, rental payments, move in/move out paperwork, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

LEASING REQUIREMENTS- Must have all requirements to be considered for the position

• At least 6 months previous property management experience leasing apartments (required) 
• Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, CRM, Appfolio, OneSite)
• Fair Housing Training within the last year
• Reliable transportation
