Seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for a tax credit community in central Phoenix. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of recent onsite apartment leasing experience, a knack for sales, bubbly personality, impeccable customer service, and are certified in low-income housing tax credit - all while contributing to the success of our apartment community!
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with prospective residents, showcasing available apartments and highlighting community features.
- Assist with leasing applications, renewals, and move-ins.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet occupancy goals.
- Walk the grounds and model units, ensuring that they are ready for touring.
- Conduct market surveys with neighboring properties.
- Follow up on all internet leads, phone calls, previous tours, etc.
Qualifiers:
- Dependability – consistent attendance.
- Weekend availability for rotating Saturdays and Sunday coverage.
- At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential property leasing.
- Certified Fair Housing & LIHTC.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
