Experienced Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY: Maintains efficient operation and up-keep of the property buildings, units and grounds in a supportive role.

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Are listed below; however additional duties may be involved. These duties would be performed with the upmost safety and some may require supervision.

• Responsible for the daily repairs and upkeeps of the property.
• Maintain the grounds and assist groundskeepers on daily basis.
• Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
• Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance care and installation.

REQUIRMENTS:

• 1+ years of Property Management Maintenance experience
• Knowledgeable of Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting and Appliance care
• HVAC/EPA Certification
• Own set of basic hand tools
• Reliable Transportation
• Availability Monday-Friday
