Tour property and lease apartments to future residents
Prepare "model" apartment for showing to future residents
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly office and property curb appeal
Develop and maintain an ongoing resident community engagement program under the direction of our Community Manager
Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, leases, notices, and related information
Friendly demeanor with superb customer service
Ideal Experience:
At least 6 months previous on-site apartment leasing work experience, preferably at a Class A building
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certified Fair Housing
Working knowledge of Yardi, Kock, CRM, and other relevant software
Flexibility in work days and work schedule
Available to work weekends
